RETURN POLICY– Satisfaction and happiness with your product is our number one goal. If you need to return or exchange your product just email us at info@dandelionandhope.com

SHIPPING– Your order ships via United States Postal Service. Please allow us up to 5 business days for processing once we receive your order. We always strive to ship out as quickly as possible!

Returned Packages:

If your package is returned to us for any reason , you will be issued a refund minus shipping cost.

We currently do not offer shipping international, we apologize.

BOTTLES– Our bottles are BPA and Phatlate free. We inspect each roller top and cap to ensure quality control.
PRODUCT INFO- All of our products are vegan, cruelty free, Certified Pure Tested Grade® essential oils. With responsible and sustainable sourcing, we strive to only use the highest quality products that are also associated with fair trade. Our oil blends are made in small batches with lots of patience and love to ensure the highest level of quality. All products are MADE TO ORDER, please allow up to 5 business days for creating and processing.

Packaging– Here at Dandelion and Hope, the love for the earth is of utmost importance. Because of this, we use eco-friendly sustainable recyclable packaging to ensure less pollution to our earth.

Our products are packaged in glass jars or glass bottles.

Every product shipped is sealed with water activated tape.
